2013 Cobalt 200 Bowrider

Fuel cap closure toggle broke and need to replace entire flip type unit including fuel neck. I have the part now but the problem is how to get to the clamp on the connecting hose without tearing out the boat walls. Any easy solution I am not seeing? Not an option to loosen ...
