Well 20/20 hindsight....I’m sure regretting not buying the R5 Surf in February. I’m being told the R6 Surf we ordered March 3rd will be lucky to arrive by November.

I have an R8 surf on order that was suppose to be here in April and best I know they started the build last week but as others have mentioned they won’t confirm dates. I put in the order in December. I’m guessing will show up first few weeks of August.

Thanks Sierra588. My boat came with a Fusion head unit. I was expecting Rockford and was confused by that as well but none of the literature or Design my Dream Boat mentioned brand. I'm not very familiar with Fusion. Is that the brand used in Malibu or just a new replacement for Rockford in the R6 ...

I’m curious to see what others have experienced with the noise. I’ve not heard that before in discussions between the 380 and 430. Everyone always just talks about how the 380 is slightly quicker to plane and just a few MPH slower on the top end when compared to the 430. I test drove an R8 surf but ...

Ordered my R5 in September. Build date was Jan 5th. It came in last week. The dealer said we were lucky because Cobalt notified dealers last week about delays in obtaining parts to build boats. Good luck, the wait is painful!
