The cotter pin came out whole. I've doused it in WD-40 so hope that frees it up. I did try moving the steering cable to see if that would free it up but no luck. Thanks! I tried to remove it but the steering cable pin won't come out! I thought once I removed the cotter pin it would slide out but it's being difficult. There's so little room back there that I can't get an angle to tap it out. I sprayed it with WD 40 hoping that helps. Any suggestions?

Hello all! Anyone have any experience removing and replacing a steering actuator on a 1990 Condurre 223 with 7.4? It's leaking at the seal. Do I have to remove starboard exhaust riser to remove it? Also, is there a company that will rebuild it? They are hard to find! Any help is appreciated!

Does anyone know where I can purchase a lower unit casing for a 1990 Bravo One? I'm located in eastern NC.

Hi all - I have a 1990 Condurre 223 and the hours meter just stopped at 529.6 hours. Not sure ho to repair this. Any common issues out there or recommendations where to start diagnosing?
