I’ve checked both lanyards and pta and seem ok. I also randomly get calibration coming across the screen too. Trying to upload pics but not working

Keep getting this code on my 2016 cobalt. Can’t find anything in the book vs check power steering and engine oil. It goes between check evc system and see op manual. Also check engine light on gear selector is lit. I live in Arkansas, roughly 2 hours from a dealer so trying to figure out everything ...

No difference with switch turned to both vs just the on.

I’ll order a new switch and go ahead and try that as well. Will update in a few weeks

Update:
I switched both batteries to new ones, just to make sure, no change

All volt meters read over 12.5 all the time, and no dipping down when the radio shuts down

I’m leaning toward it not being a battery switch issue as wouldn’t that cause other issues in the boat NL besides just the radio ...

Have a volt issue, or some sort of electrical issue going on with my 2016 R7. Have 2 brand new batteries, the ones that Cobalt recommends the interstate 24M-XHD.

When starting the boat up there’s no lag etc, but when you try and turn on the radio or GPS at idle, you can tell they aren’t ...

I’m looking for answers to this same question. I have a R7 as well with the auto switch. Both of my batteries are the interstate batteries which seem to be the crank batteries. Should I not have a deep cell battery as well for the stereo when the boat is not running?

Looking for recommendations on easy way to upgrade stereo in my 2016 r7. It does have the upgraded stereo package but I’m looking to upgrade the sun for sure. Any positive experiences on replacing the sub behind the captain chair with something better? Amp? Etc.
