Re: bolt acces
It’s the front mount. I don’t see any fasteners that hold the interior panels on . I would prefer to not break anything pulling on them. I agree that the panel near the throttle is what I need to take off. Just need to know how it’s attached?

bolt access
2019 Cobalt R5. The allen head bolt that attaches the bimini to the boat broke off in the bracket. I removed the bracket to extract the broken bolt, (I would do this differently next time LOL). When I removed the bracket, the nuts fell into the hull somewhere. How can I access the area to replace ...

Re: R5 won’t trim up
"How do I lift it manually?"
Remove pins from pistons. Lift and strap drive up.
Not sure if there's a plate behind that drive. If so, there's a release at the bottom of it.
Thanks so much for the suggestion! I hadn’t thought of pulling the pins. I was definitely overthinking it😜
Out of water ...

R5 won’t trim up
My 2019 R5 with the Volvo Penta 430hp won’t trim up or down. I have checked all fuses and when I push the trim button I have 12 volts at the connector behind the engine. So must be pump correct?

Re: Windlass contacting trailer
The trailer is a Prestige by Heritage. Only deep enough in the water to float the boat. I agree with you about a lot of guys having them. I also never heard any complaints so I never thought it would be an issue. Chime in please if you have an R5 with a windlass I need to see some pics to show to ...

Re: Windlass contacting trailer
Thanks for the reply! If you look at the pic you can just see on the left side that the wench hook is barely visible. My point is that my bow wench and the stop ARE separate. Even on ramps with a low slope I cannot avoid contact with the stop. Based on your pics my stop is still way to tall. No ...

Windlass contacting trailer
Hey everybody,
This is my first post but have been enjoying the info on this site for sometime. I have a new 2019 R5 with a the windlass option. I love the windlass but I have a major problem. Unloading the boat is almost impossible because the windlass contacts the stop blocks on the trailer. The ...
