Congrats! Great looking boat. We’ve got our R5 Surf up in Kenmore. What a great week to get the boat in the water! Can’t wait to get out on Lake Washington this weekend

Thanks! I’m with you guys on that it’s probably the wrong lift for our needs. I was surprised that the current boat on the lift was an R5.

Does anyone with an R5 Surf have a Sunstream FloatLift FL6012 model?

There’s one on Craigslist at the marina next door to our marina $9750, 6 years old, recent service and new batteries, price and age seem decent to me.

Hopefully it blows away soon and we get some rain. Usually September around here is fantastic out on the lake, less crowded but still warm.

We have a 2019 R5 Surf with the grey seadek material on the swim platform. Checked with my wife and neither of us recall it ever being slippery at all, we've had quite a few different people aboard and no incidents that either of us recall. I'm just speculating but wonder if lake mineral/organic ...

It will bump up or down 0.1 maybe 0.2, I usually account that for wakes or waves. It sure doesn’t seem to jump around as much as our has

We have a 2019 R5 Surf as well. 100 hours now with a lot of surf time. No issues at all with zero-off. I would think that the antenna connection would be the issue.

Fabulous weekend in the 80s here in Seattle. Three days in a row out on the lake.... back to rain and 60 on Tuesday though, oh well got a taste of summer.

Got a sunny weekend in Seattle. Little chilly but beautiful. Air 54 / water 54.

we've been having a blast in Seattle with some new toys for daughter and cousin!
ZUP Board is a hit, easy for all the kids, and a fun board for more advanced adults.
i like that it is a durable plastic rather than fiberglass, no dings to worry about like the nicer wakesurf board.
